1. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mako website and any software, keys, or services we provide ("Products"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Products.
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase our Products.
- Products are licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product you purchased or downloaded.
- You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share your license key.
- We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product at any time.
2. Licenses & Keys
- The Internal menu is provided under a one-time lifetime license tied to your account and/or hardware.
- A license is for a single user. Sharing, leaking, or selling a key may result in immediate and permanent revocation without refund.
- "Lifetime" refers to the supported lifetime of the Product. If a Product is discontinued, the license ends with it.
- Hardware (HWID) resets may be available on request through our support channels, subject to reasonable limits.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Products or website to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of others.
- Redistribute our software or represent it as your own.
4. Refund Policy
Our Products are digital goods delivered instantly. Because a license key and/or download is provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a key has been issued.
- If you experience a technical issue, contact us before requesting a refund — we will work with you to resolve it.
- We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement in cases where a Product cannot be made to function and no reasonable fix is available.
- Refunds are not provided for account penalties, bans, buyer's remorse, or failure to read the requirements before purchasing.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our Products and community.
5. Disclaimer & Risk
Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Use of third-party game software may violate the terms of service of the games you use it with, and may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans of your game account.
- You use our Products entirely at your own risk. Mako is not responsible for any account penalties, bans, data loss, or damages arising from your use of our Products.
- Detection status can change at any time. A Product listed as "Undetected" is not a guarantee of safety.
- Mako is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mako and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or accounts, arising from your use of or inability to use our Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of our Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
