Our software runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). You'll need the game installed and, in some cases, to run the loader as administrator. Full setup steps are provided after download and in our Discord.

A license is intended for a single user. You can generally move it between your own devices, but sharing keys is not permitted and may result in a ban of the key. Reach out in Discord if you need to reset your HWID.
After you download, follow the step-by-step guide included with your purchase (also pinned in our Discord). In short: disable interfering overlays, run the loader as administrator, enter your key for the internal menu, and launch the game. It takes just a couple of minutes.
Security software commonly flags game tools as false positives because of how they interact with other processes. You may need to add an exclusion for the loader. Always download only from our official links, and ask in Discord if you're unsure — never run files from unofficial sources.
We push updates rapidly — especially after a game patch. Internal menu members get priority and early access to new builds. Status and update announcements are posted in Discord.

Yes. When a game updates, features may go offline temporarily while we update. We work to restore functionality as fast as possible and post live status updates in Discord so you always know where things stand.
